The Project Manager - Multifamily will:
- Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project standards and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all project sites.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient use of resources.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any concerns promptly.
- Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Lead, mentor, and manage project teams to achieve optimal performance and collaboration.

A successful Project Manager - Multifamily should have:
- Experience managing multifamily building and construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities to guide project teams effectively.

- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and resolve issues.
