Lead all phases of multifamily construction projects from planning through closeout. Manage a flagship 300-unit wood-frame garden-style apartment community in East Falmouth, MA. Oversee project budgets, schedules, safety, quality, and overall project performance. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, consultants, and ownership teams. Drive project execution while ensuring milestones, cost controls, and quality standards are achieved. Review and manage project documentation, reporting, contracts, and change orders. Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to support project delivery and collaboration. Provide regular project updates to executive leadership, including direct reporting to the Vice President. Monitor construction progress and conduct site visits as needed to maintain project success. Collaborate across development, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.

The successful applicant will have 10-15 years of construction project management experience. Proven experience managing wood-frame multifamily construction projects. Experience leading large-scale apartment or residential developments. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project controls. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with executive leadership. Must reside in the Greater Boston area. Willingness to visit project sites weekly during initial project phases and periodically thereafter.
