Job Description

Support or lead the construction delivery of a large-scale project in West Palm Beach. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and ownership groups. Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and documentation. Manage project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule objectives. Collaborate with field and office teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

Experience with a reputable GC or developer in Florida. Background in multifamily or affordable housing construction strongly preferred. Experience on large-scale ground-up construction projects. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented personality with a focus on culture fit.

What's On Offer

$120,000-$140,000+ (fully negotiable based on experience). Performance-based bonus program with potential guarantee.
