Manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects from start to finish.
Monitor activities in conjunction with the Production Management team to ensure the project is built per contract, on time, and within the set budgets with the utmost quality.
Communicate the status of construction to Production management daily at the allotted time given.
Verify completion of work and approve invoices for all sub-contractors and vendors as submitted based on the scope of work and Dalamar Quality Standards.
Schedule and conduct pre-construction meetings with clients, subcontractors, vendors, etc.
