Salary Range: $78,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year base salary (depends on experience, location, business needs, and market demand).

What We Are Looking For

We're seeking a Project Manager with a strong background supporting enterprise clients in the financial services industry. In this role, you will own the end-to-end program management of a large, complex enterprise account, serving as the strategic partner responsible for driving alignment, execution, and measurable business outcomes.

You operate with confidence in high-stakes, cross-functional settings, building alignment across internal and client stakeholders while driving accountability and ensuring seamless day-to-day execution.

What You Will Work On

• Participate in project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation ensuring successful completion of projects.
• Lead project teams and facilitate effective collaboration across cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Product.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Clearly communicate project status, decisions, and updates to to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Ensure quality and compliance with organizational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes and workflows for successful adoption.
• Engage with external partners and vendors as needed to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
