What You'll Do:

Oversee assigned projects from award through final client acceptance, with full profit/loss

responsibility

Coordinate scheduling with general contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and designers to meet project timelines

Manage project labor, subcontracted work, and materials budgets, updating cost forecasts monthly

Lead commissioning planning and execution, and estimate/manage change orders through approval

Serve as primary point of contact for owners and general contractors, leading project meetings and communications

Must-Have Qualifications:

7-10 years of experience in mechanical contracting project management

Experience managing projects in the $8-$12 million range with above-average performance

BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; ability to work without direct supervision

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Project, Excel, Word)
