    • Manage scope and change requests while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities, stakeholder requirements, and strategic plans.
    • Provide recommendations to leadership when project tradeoffs or decisions are required.

    Coordination & Communication
    • Facilitate project meetings and working sessions; prepare agendas, document decisions, assign action items, and drive timely follow-through.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and build productive relationships with internal leaders, staff, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
    • Communicate project status, decisions, risks, budget considerations, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders in a concise, audience-appropriate manner.
    • Create alignment across departments by clarifying priorities, resolving barriers, and maintaining accountability for commitments.
    • Guide teams through project changes using structured communication and stakeholder engagement.

    Reporting & Documentation
    • Prepare progress reports, dashboards, forecasts, and project summaries for leadership, stakeholders, and partners.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including scope documents, charters, decision records, and close‑out reports.
    • Monitor resource allocation in partnership with stakeholder departments.
    • Ensure compliance with deliverables, timelines, and reporting requirements where applicable.

    • Support the development of standardized project management practices across the organization.
    • Support project intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and portfolio visibility.
    • Assist with special initiatives, strategic planning efforts, and organizational priorities as needed.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
