Job Overview
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support short-term implementation and transformation initiatives across a banking customer portfolio. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly take ownership of projects, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, execute, and manage projects from start to completion.
· Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
· Manage internal and external stakeholders.
· Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
· Identify and manage project risks and issues.
· Prepare and communicate project status reports.
· Ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
· Support: Customer implementation activities, Deployment coordination, Transformation initiatives, Process improvement projects, Project recovery and stabilization
· Quickly integrate into ongoing projects and work independently.
· Prioritize work based on project demand and business requirements.
· Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree – Required
· 5+ years of Project Management experience
· Strong project planning and execution skills.
· Experience leading cross-functional teams.
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong stakeholder, risk, and issue management skills.
· Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with customer-facing implementation projects.
· Financial services or banking industry experience.
· Technology-related project management experience.
· Experience with transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Experience with project recovery or stabilization.
