Job Description
- Lead and manage construction projects in the life science and lab sectors.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor progress to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Mitigate risks and resolve project challenges effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide regular updates and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement and resource allocation to meet project requirements.

A successful Project Manager should have:
- Experience with construction projects in the life science or laboratory sectors.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

- A results-driven approach with problem-solving abilities.

- Projects range from Renovations and Tenant Improvements to Ground Up Construction, Design build Firm
- Around 50-60 employees
- Projects: Life Sciences/ Lab, Core and Shell, Fit Outs, and New Construction
