Project Manager

An award-winning U.S. design firm that provides architecture, planning, and interior design services focused on complex, community-oriented projects and mass-timber innovation across diverse building types is seeking a Project Manager to help deliver exceptional multi-family residential projects from concept through construction. In this role, you will work closely with their Studio Director to lead project teams, coordinate consultants, and ensure high-quality project delivery at their downtown Oakland office.

Your Day Includes

• Leading project teams through schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration
• Managing project schedules, budgets, billings, and additional service requests
• Reviewing and redlining drawings and specifications for quality and accuracy
• Coordinating consultants, internal design teams, and Quality Control staff
• Mentoring and supporting documentation team members throughout project delivery

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required; California Architect license preferred
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience on multi-family projects with Type I and Type V construction knowledge
• Proficiency in Revit
