Overview:
We are seeking a mid-level Project Manager to oversee cold storage and mission-critical data center construction projects. The role involves managing full project lifecycles, including preconstruction, estimating, procurement, scheduling, cost control, and closeout. Candidates with commercial construction experience are preferred, and training will be provided, with experience in insulated metal panels (IMP) or thermal envelope systems considered a plus.

Job Duties:
  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects ($750K–$15M), including phased and multi-building scopes
  • Serve as primary liaison for general contractors, owners, architects, vendors, and internal field teams
  • Support preconstruction through estimating, scope reviews, turnover meetings, and transition to operations
  • Oversee contracts, submittals, RFIs, procurement, cost tracking, change orders, and schedule impacts using Procore/ACC
  • Coordinate with superintendents and proactively manage scheduling conflicts, sequencing issues, and project execution

Job Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of construction project management experience, ideally in commercial construction with a general contractor or specialty subcontractor
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Excel, and project management tools
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; able to stay professional and composed under pressure
  • Preferred: experience in specialty subcontracting, cold storage/food processing/data centers, estimating/preconstruction, or high-growth construction environments

Salary Range: $60,000-80,000/per year
