Description:
Demonstrates experience successfully managing eDiscovery staff and workloads of similar size and complexity, as well as experience managing quality assurance, and resource allocation. Certification in an eDiscovery program or related software package (i.e., Concordance, Relativity, RelativityOne, Clearwell) highly desired Day-to-day Responsibilities: Primary responsibility for all contractor support provided to eDiscovery operation services including, but not limited to, compiling and analyzing strategic goals; applying methodology, models, and tools; identifying candidate best practices models; and using performance measures, benchmarking, and management standards to support assessments, program audits, and management and policy development. Serves as the Government's primary point of contact and as such will have frequent contact with the cognizant Government manager(s) and client agency staff. Responsible for planning and managing all support for the operation tasks, including development of both long and short-range goals and milestones, monitoring workflow, providing progress reporting to the Government, identifying and assigning staff and reviewing work of subordinates, coordinating technical/data processing support, and obtaining other required resources. Ensures that proper security is maintained overall project materials in accordance with required security procedures. Performs an active quality assurance role to ensure high quality work delivered on time and in accordance with contractual specifications.
