NTT DATA's Client is seeking an experienced professional to lead and deliver complex projects in Oracle Financials within the pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing enterprise-scale implementations, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle Financials implementations, upgrades, and support initiatives.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams including finance, IT, regulatory, and external vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards, including GxP and other regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
  • Drive stakeholder communication at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking of projects.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Ensure quality assurance and adherence to internal governance frameworks.
  • Support change management and user adoption strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
  • 10 years of project management experience.
  • 5 years of proven experience in Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM modules preferred).
  • 5 years of strong experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GxP.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials.
  • Familiarity with validation processes (CSV – Computer System Validation).
  • Experience working in global, multi-cultural environments.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $51.55/hr to $61.55/hr on W2. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
