We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in Oroville, CA. This position is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining schedules, budgets, quality standards, and strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
Manage projects from planning through completion
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, architects, and owners
Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Lead project meetings and provide progress updates
Track costs, billing, procurement, and project documentation
Identify and resolve schedule, cost, and construction issues
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
Support project closeout, punch lists, and final documentation
