Project Manager - Palm Beach Multifamily

A well-established NYC-based general contractor is seeking a Project Manager to join a new project team in West Palm Beach. Description

• Support or lead the construction delivery of a large-scale project in West Palm Beach
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and ownership groups
• Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and documentation
• Manage project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule objectives
• Collaborate with field and office teams to ensure successful project delivery

Profile

• Experience with a reputable GC or developer in Florida
• Background in multifamily or affordable housing construction strongly preferred
• Experience on large-scale ground-up construction projects
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented personality with a focus on culture fit

Job Offer

• $120,000-$140,000+ (fully negotiable based on experience)
• Performance-based bonus program with potential guarantee
• Profit sharing, 5% 401(k) match, and employer-paid healthcare contributions up to 80%
