Project Manager

Job Title: Developer Platform/Product
We are seeking a highly skilled Developer Platform/Product with a strong foundation in Project Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development and a proven track record of managing projects effectively. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management acumen to drive product development initiatives and ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of platform/product solutions.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
Utilize project management methodologies to track progress and mitigate risks.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and project management.
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical and project management issues.
Continuously evaluate and improve development processes and methodologies.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong Project Management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Extensive experience in software development, particularly in platform/product environments.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
Experience in DevOps practices and tools.
Understanding of data management and database technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10 15 years of experience in software development and project management.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
