Project Manager (Pharma/Medtech – Supply Chain)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a Pharma/Medtech client in coordinating multiple workstreams across the supply chain. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage cross -functional initiatives, drive collaboration between teams, and ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

• Coordinate and oversee activities across various supply chain workstreams.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Act as a central point of contact between internal teams and external partners.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Drive project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and reporting to leadership.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, R&D, commercial, and vendor management teams as needed.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives and compliance standards.
  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

  Qualifications:<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • A minimum of Bachelor's degree.<\/p><\/li>

  • 12–15 years of project management experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or MedTech industries.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong background managing multiple workstreams and cross -functional teams.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prior experience with supply chain operations is highly preferred.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • New Jersey -based candidates are preferred but open to remote candidates for the right fit.

    Preferred Skills:<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Experience managing supply chain projects related to manufacturing, commercial operations, R&D, or vendor management.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to work independently in a fast -paced and highly regulated environment.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
