Location: Hybrid – Philadelphia, PA
Type: W-2 contract, 3 year assignment

About the role
Lead a technology initiative for a growing organization in regulated life-sciences manufacturing. You’ll plan, run and deliver the work, and help build the delivery processes the team will use as it grows.

We’re hiring at junior, mid and senior levels. Scope depends on experience.

What you’ll do

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of the team’s technology initiative
• Coordinate business stakeholders, technical staff and other project team members
• Own the project schedule, budget, risk log and status reporting
• Build the project delivery processes the team will use as the organization grows
• Establish and document repeatable processes and standards for the team’s initiatives

• Experience leading IT projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methods
• Strong stakeholder communication and vendor coordination skills
• Strong written and verbal communication

• 5+ years leading IT project delivery
• Experience building or improving project delivery processes for a new or growing team

• IT project delivery in cGMP-regulated active pharmaceutical ingredient manufacturing and distribution
• Or, experience at regulated pharmaceutical or life-sciences companies
• PMP or equivalent certification

• GxP, computer system validation (CSV) or 21 CFR Part 11 projects
• ERP, QMS, LIMS or MES implementations
• PMO setup and project tooling (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)

• Junior (0–4 years): Handles assigned tasks under general supervision using established tools and methods.
• Mid (4–8 years): Handles complex assignments on their own and may lead workstreams or small teams.
• Senior (8+ years): Owns complex deliverables, leads teams, mentors staff and works directly with stakeholders.

Work environment
Extended sitting or standing; ability to lift up to 25 lbs and use stairs.
Travel up to 5%.
