    Description

    About TwinSix

We’re a design studio for finance. We partner with visionary finance teams to design planning systems that are intuitive, scalable, and deeply embedded in how businesses make decisions.

We use Pigment as our creative platform to architect bespoke, high-impact solutions. Every engagement is a product journey from deep discovery to system blueprinting, co-creation, launch, and iteration. We design systems that change how companies operate.

    About the Role
We’re hiring a dedicated Project Manager to help us scale world-class implementations. You’ll ensure delivery runs smoothly, milestones are met, and teams stay coordinated across dynamic engagements.

You’ll bring structure, consistency, and visibility to how we plan and execute projects.

You’ll work closely with Solution Designers and Builders to help every project move from signed SOW to successful delivery with clarity and momentum.

    What You’ll Do
    • Own end-to-end project delivery: kickoff, planning, execution, and closeout
    • Create and manage detailed project plans with time estimates, resourcing, and dependencies
    • Build and maintain reusable project templates for different scopes and industries
    • Drive team accountability: track progress, flag risks, facilitate syncs, and remove blockers
    • Collaborate across departments from Sales to Delivery, to manage transitions and scope alignment
    • Manage change requests, timelines, and communications in partnership with leadership
    • Provide high-level project summaries across all active engagements for internal visibility
    • Support invoicing coordination and internal project documentation
    • Continuously improve how we scope, plan, and deliver work

What Makes You Right for This Role

    • You’re a natural organizer who brings structure and alignment to complex work streams
    • You’ve led delivery in consulting and/or systems implementation environments
    • You’re fluent in project tools like Teamwork, ClickUp, or Asana, and bring rigor to project execution
    • You’re confident working cross-functionally and can guide teams without direct authority
    • You know how to balance quality, speed, and client expectations
    • You lead with empathy, build rapport quickly, and strive to create an elevated client experience through clear, timely, and proactive communication
    • You drive accountability through strong interpersonal skills, ensuring progress while maintaining trust and respect across all stakeholders
    • You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously

    Preferred Background
    • Experience in a project management or operations role in tech, consulting, SaaS, or finance
    • Bonus: experience working with FP&A, RevOps, or enterprise SaaS implementations
    • Bonus: familiarity with Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or other planning platforms
