I'm partnering with a highly respected commercial contractor that's looking to add a Project Manager to their growing team. This company has built an outstanding reputation by delivering high-end retail construction projects for nationally recognized clients throughout North America. Their success has been driven by repeat business, exceptional communication, and a commitment to quality on every project.

What You'll Be Working On

• High-end retail construction
• Tenant Improvements
• Commercial renovations and remodels
• National retail programs
• Repeat-client projects

What You'll Do

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Work closely with a dedicated team consisting of a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Project Administrator, and core Superintendents assigned to each client program.

What They're Looking For

• 8+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience
• Retail, commercial renovation, or tenant improvement experience
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills
• Procore experience preferred
• Viewpoint Spectrum experience is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
