Project Manager

Payrate: $61.00 - $61.00/hr.
 
Summary:
The main function of a non-IT project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc., or any other non-IT based project.
 
Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.

 
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus an additional 3 years of relevant retail operations experience required.
• Strong proficiency with retail operations across sales, merchandising, training, and GTM execution.
• Ability to project manage is highly desired.
• Need to be able to be successful in an extremely fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience and success working with multiple retail accounts and retail operation teams.
• Strength in working cross-functionally, harnessing a collaborative team environment and being able to lead project work independently within a large dynamic team and organization while driving end-to-end planning.
• Adaptability to move quickly at the pace of the consumer and work in a constantly evolving environment, making decisive decisions and pivoting when needed.
• Outstanding written and communication skills, time management, and organization skills.

• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

• Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $61.00 - $61.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
