Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on M&A Project Manager to lead post-acquisition integration activities following the completion of Phase 0 identity/IT cutover. The PM will take ownership of in-flight integration initiatives and coordinate application, system, process, IT, and business integration workstreams through Q1 2027. Key Responsibilities:
Lead post-merger application, system, and business process integration activities.
Take ownership of ongoing/in-flight M&A integration projects.
Manage multiple cross-functional IT and business workstreams .
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
Coordinate across IT, business, infrastructure, applications, security, and other functional teams.
Identify, track, and resolve project dependencies and integration risks.
Maintain RAID logs covering Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies.
Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status reporting.
Facilitate working sessions and integration meetings.
Drive action items and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Identify roadblocks and proactively escalate issues when required.
Ensure post-acquisition integration activities remain aligned with business objectives and timelines.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Project Management experience.
Strong experience with M&A / post-acquisition integration projects .
Hands-on experience taking over and managing in-flight integration initiatives .
Experience managing cross-functional IT and business workstreams .
Strong understanding of application, system, and process integration.
Experience managing project dependencies and complex integration activities.
Strong experience with RAID logs, risk management, issue tracking, and dependency management .
Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
Ability to operate independently and take ownership of complex projects.
Experience working in fast-paced, highly cross-functional environments.
