Project Manager | Premier Commercial Interiors Projects
The Project Manager | Premier Commercial Interiors Projects will:
- Lead multiple commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure successful project execution
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, and contract administration
- Monitor project profitability and drive successful financial outcomes
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on project strategy and execution
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and trade partners
- Utilize Procore, PlanGrid, CMiC, and Microsoft Office to manage project workflows
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards
- Successfully manage 2-3 projects concurrently once fully ramped into the role

The Project Manager | Premier Commercial Interiors Projects will have:
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
- Proven experience serving as the lead Project Manager on construction projects
- Ability to independently run projects with minimal oversight
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Procore, PlanGrid, CMiC, and Microsoft Office preferred
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with time split between office and project sites
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor relationships
- Team leadership or management experience is a plus
