Job Description
The Project Manager - Premier Interior Construction - NoVA will:
- Manage commercial interior construction and renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and client communications.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, and trade partners throughout project execution.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients, ownership, and internal leadership teams.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and profitability goals.
- Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project to effectively manage project workflows and reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, brokers, property managers, and industry partners.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously as workload grows and project assignments expand.
- Drive successful delivery of sophisticated corporate interiors, tenant fit-outs, renovations, and building improvement projects.

The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager - Premier Interior Construction - NoVA will have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial General Contractor.
- Proven experience managing high-end corporate interiors, tenant improvements, or commercial renovation projects.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
- Experience working with commercial office, legal, medical, financial, government, technology, or similar project types.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of the Washington, DC and Northern Virginia construction market preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
