Known for its operational excellence, modern construction practices, and commitment to quality, the company offers a team-oriented environment where driven construction professionals can grow and make a meaningful impact.Job DescriptionLead full-cycle management of complex public works construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor buyout, procurement, cost control, and financial reporting across multiple active projects.Coordinate closely with field leadership, owners, architects, engineers, and public agencies to drive successful project execution and maintain strong client relationships.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation using modern construction management software.Support preconstruction efforts including estimating, scope development, value engineering, and project planning.Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, and schedule milestones while proactively identifying and resolving project risks.Lead coordination meetings and foster a collaborative, accountability-driven culture focused on quality, transparency, and long-term partnership success.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
