Role Name: Project Manager/Release Train Engineer

Responsibilities* Project and Release Management: o Perform Project and Release Management activities within the organization.o Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of Project Management principals including scope quantification, manage release schedules, ensure timely deliverables. o Prepare status report/decks for upper management. o Have a thorough understanding of Change/Release management principles and activities.* Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC):o Have a thorough understanding of SDLC and the underlying best practices so as to participate in SDLC conversations and provide process, tooling recommendations. o Visualize, create and make updates to process workflow design and documentation.* Agile, DevOps Tools and Methodologies:o Should have a thorough understanding of SCRUM and Kanban methodologies to be able to work and perform in an Agile environment.o Should have a good understanding of DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipeline, industry wide DevOps capabilities/tools, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and DORA metrics.* Communication/Presentation Skills:o Have exceptional communication (both oral and written) and presentation skills to be able to work on newsletter content, PP decks and deliver presentations within the organization.o Have the ability to conduct training sessions and record training videos.o Ability to present to large audiences and senior stakeholders.
