Project Manager (Renovations)

Description

* Manage multiple renovation and interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

* Coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication.

* Support estimating, procurement, and preconstruction activities.

* Utilize construction management software to track project performance and documentation.

* Oversee projects ranging from office build-outs to healthcare renovations across South Florida.

Profile

* 3-7+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.

* Background with renovations, tenant improvements, or interior construction projects.

* Experience in estimating or preconstruction is highly preferred.

* Procore proficiency and strong organizational skills.

* Adaptable, team-oriented professional from a small to mid-sized contractor environment.

Job Offer

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 base salary + bonus potential.
