Roles & Responsibilities

Serves as the TCS engagement manager and primary delivery lead supporting the customer. Responsible for project mobilization, kickoff, integrated master schedule, work breakdown structure, resource coordination, deliverable management, risk/issues/actions/dependencies, change control, quality management, meeting cadence, executive reporting, and coordination of technical working sessions with the customer and authorized the government program stakeholders. Tracks all nine SOW deliverables from initiation through final knowledge transfer. Coordinates architecture, security, AI, telecommunications, data, application development and testing teams. Ensures assumptions and customer dependencies are documented and escalated.
