What You'll Be Doing

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, quality, and overall execution

• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

• Lead and support construction managers and assistant project managers

• Manage project documentation, submittals, change orders, and monthly pay applications

• Track project progress and maintain accurate schedules using construction management software

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and keep projects on track

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners

What You Bring

• 5+ years of construction experience

• Experience in masonry, building envelope, or related specialty construction preferred

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts

• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and change orders

• Proficiency with construction project management software

• OSHA 30 certification

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• A team-first mentality with the ability to take ownership and get things done
