Manage retail construction projects from planning through completion. Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and client stakeholders. Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve challenges. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

A successful Project Manager should have: proven experience managing commercial retail construction projects for a General Contractor; strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and construction operations; experience working on fast-paced fit-outs, renovations, and ground-up retail projects is highly desirable; excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously; proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software; organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
