Description

Job DescriptionLead end-to-end retail construction projects from pre-construction through closeout while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality standards. Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and procurement activities across multiple retail locations. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, enforce safety compliance, and resolve field issues proactively. Oversee permitting, inspections, and regulatory compliance to ensure projects meet all local building codes and brand standards. Manage client and executive communications by providing accurate project updates, risk assessments, and milestone reporting. Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize project costs while maintaining construction quality and timelines.
