As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Scheduling:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
Resource Management:
Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as necessary to optimize efficiency.
Contractor and Vendor Management:
Procure and manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Evaluate bids and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Implement quality control measures to ensure construction meets regulatory standards and client expectations.
