Role Description :- Planning and Strategy Set clear project goals and define the scope.
- Build detailed schedules, timelines, and milestones
- Estimate required budgets and financial needs Team and Resource Management Assign tasks and distribute resources effectively
- Lead, guide, and motivate team members
- Remove daily blockers and solve internal issues Risk and Quality Control spot potential risks and make backup plans
- Track progress to make sure work stays on target Check final deliverables against quality standards Communication
- Share regular updates with stakeholders and clients
- Manage client expectations and handle feedback
- Lead team meetings and keep everyone aligned
