Set clear project goals and define the scope

Build detailed schedules, timelines, and milestones

Estimate required budgets and financial needs

Team and Resource Management

Assign tasks and distribute resources effectively Lead, guide, and motivate team members

Remove daily blockers and solve internal issues

Risk and Quality Control

Spot potential risks and make backup plans

Track progress to make sure work stays on target

Check final deliverables against quality standards

Communication

Share regular updates with stakeholders and clients

Manage client expectations and handle feedback

Lead team meetings and keep everyone aligned
