IT Project Lead III with SAP S/4HANA project experience to lead and coordinate IT activities across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile project management, Scrum facilitation, JIRA administration, sprint planning, resource management, and project execution.
The candidate will be responsible for driving project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing sprint activities, tracking deliverables, removing blockers, and ensuring successful execution across five SAP S/4HANA workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and coordination for all IT-related aspects of the SAP S/4HANA project.
- Understand and manage the overall SAP S/4HANA project timeline, milestones, and activities.
- Facilitate daily Scrum meetings across all five workstreams.
- Lead sprint planning meetings and coordinate sprint execution.
- Create and manage JIRA user stories across all five workstreams.
- Ensure stories are properly prepared before each sprint, including:
- Story descriptions and acceptance criteria.
- Story points and sprint assignments.
- Story owners and assignees.
- Subtasks and subtask assignments.
- Ensure resource availability and commitment before each sprint begins.
- Monitor sprint progress and ensure timely completion of assigned stories.
- Identify, manage, and remove blockers and impediments.
- Escalate project risks, issues, and roadblocks to appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintain and prioritize the JIRA backlog.
- Manage resource capacity and allocation across workstreams.
- Develop and maintain JIRA dashboards for sprint tracking, planning, and capacity management.
- Drive communication, collaboration, and alignment across global project teams.
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and resources.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Strong experience in IT Project Management and Agile delivery.
- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA for story creation, backlog management, sprint tracking, and dashboard creation.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups and Sprint Planning.
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in resource planning, capacity management, and sprint execution.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project lifecycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage project activities with minimal supervision.
Education:- Bachelor's Degree required.
