Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews)
  • Act as a Scrum Master for multiple teams, ensuring Agile best practices
  • Coach teams on Agile frameworks for efficiency and collaboration
  • Manage JIRA boards, dashboards, and Confluence pages
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria in JIRA
  • Work with product owners to manage backlogs and prioritize requests
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles
  • Track, document, and report project progress
  • Ensure project delivery on time and within budget
Must-Have Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in IT
  • 5+ years in Financial Institutions (Capital Markets)
  • Strong JIRA expertise (user stories, acceptance criteria)
  • Good understanding of ETL and Data Warehouse concepts
  • Hands-on data analysis experience
  • Proficiency in JIRA boards, dashboards, Confluence, and Excel reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly Preferred Skills:
  • Hands-on Market Risk knowledge
  • Knowledge of Credit Risk and Liquidity Risk
