Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews)
- Act as a Scrum Master for multiple teams, ensuring Agile best practices
- Coach teams on Agile frameworks for efficiency and collaboration
- Manage JIRA boards, dashboards, and Confluence pages
- Oversee project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria in JIRA
- Work with product owners to manage backlogs and prioritize requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles
- Track, document, and report project progress
- Ensure project delivery on time and within budget
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in IT
- 5+ years in Financial Institutions (Capital Markets)
- Strong JIRA expertise (user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Good understanding of ETL and Data Warehouse concepts
- Hands-on data analysis experience
- Proficiency in JIRA boards, dashboards, Confluence, and Excel reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Hands-on Market Risk knowledge
- Knowledge of Credit Risk and Liquidity Risk
