ECLARO is currently seeking a talented
Project Manager to join a high-impact PeopleSoft project supporting a leading public-sector organization in
Seattle, WA. This is a direct-hire opportunity with our client.

This is an opportunity to work on a large-scale PeopleSoft project, collaborate with experienced professionals, tackle complex challenges, and contribute to technology solutions that have a meaningful, lasting impact.
Responsibilities:- Deliver, at a minimum, the following for each project unless otherwise specified:
- Project Management Plan (or equivalent) covering: Scope Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Quality, Communications, Change Control, Risk Approaches.
- Detailed Project Schedule with: Tasks, Milestones, Dependencies, Resource Assignments, Regularly Maintained Progress Updates.
- Risk & Issue Log updated throughout the project lifecycle, including: Mitigation Strategies, Escalation Pathways, Clear Ownership.
- Written Status Reports delivered at an agreed frequency, summarizing: Progress, Risks, Issues, Decisions, Accomplishments, Upcoming activities.
- Stakeholder Communications including: Meeting Agendas, Minutes, Decision Logs, Documented Action Items.
- Additional Deliverables:
- Change Requests as required to manage deviations to scope, cost or schedule.
- Project Closeout Documentation including lessons learned, final performance metrics, and formal acceptance of deliverables.
- Manage Consultant resources to ensure they are on track while providing high-quality deliverables.
- All project documentation and deliverables shall meet standards of clarity, accuracy, and completeness consistent with industry best practices.
- Maintain continuity of assigned project managers and provide transition support if resource changes are unavoidable.
- Provide personnel who meet the qualifications specified in this Scope of Work.
Skills:- Possess a minimum of 4 years of professional project management experience delivering PeopleSoft (HCM / Financials) or Oracle Taleo projects of comparable scale and complexity. Hold current certification(s) such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent recognized industry credentials.
- Demonstrated experience working within structured project management frameworks such as PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid methodologies, with the ability to apply the appropriate approach based on project needs outlined. Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Project as the Client's preferred tool for managing schedules.
- Documented history of successfully leading cross-functional teams, coordinating technical and non-technical stakeholders, and managing relationships with customer technical teams and executives. Exhibit competency in risk management, change management, and stakeholder management practices.
- Experience preparing project documentation, communicating with executive leadership, and facilitating decision-making in complex, dynamic environments.
- Maintain familiarity with Information Technology (IT) governance, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity considerations, and compliance requirements relevant to projects executed for the Client.
Pay Rate: $105 / Hour
