Job Title:  Project Manager  
Contract Duration: 6 months
Location: Seattle, WA – open to Remote.
Pay Rate: $75-$77/hr on W2
 
Purpose of this team:     Brand Marketing
 
Key projects:

• Serve as project management lead for a variety of marketing campaigns scaling from packaging asset management to highly visible campaigns, facilitating cross functional team(s), agencies, and vendors to manage projects through entire process from kickoff to completion.

Job Description
Contribute to client's success by partnering with Brand Marketing and other assigned businesses units to support key program workstreams.  You approach project management with internal business partners with the ability to bring projects over the finish line through cross functional team collaboration. You understand the importance of strong partnerships across teams as a vital means to be successful in your work.
 
Daily Responsibilities:
•            Monitor and lead program schedules, progress and costs to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget, with the ability to anticipate & mitigate challenges and escalate risk when necessary to successfully gain alignment on best path forward.
•            Apply experience in managing external vendor relationships and internal relationships in a highly matrixed organization to successfully brief and guide work through the strategic, creative development, and delivery process.
•            Influence processes for improving business planning, cross functional communication, work integration and teamwork between partners from cross-functional departments to achieve KPIs. 
•            Develop, document, and implement streamlined workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
•            Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process bottlenecks, ensuring smooth project execution.

•            5+ years of experience

•            Ability to lead product and creative workstreams from concept through production
•            Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to navigate ambiguity and push through to completion
•            Project management, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources, and communications          
•            Ability to establish cross functional, collaborative relationships with business partners, and lead cross functional team
•            Ability to lead complex program and project efforts to completion
 
Nice-to-Haves:
•            Any experience in an agency or have worked in a highly matrixed organization
