As a member of BOC Sciences Business development team, this individual will help identify, evaluate and implement opportunities including, but not limited to, strategic partnering, new marketing options and the licensing of technologies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills and will have the ability to work in a team environment, demonstrate initiative, and possess solid analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business development team following the company's overall strategy, including the cultivation of new partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Establish collaborative working relationships within the company; actively soliciting input and support for business development initiatives.
  • Report to Executives regularly with results of the development process.
  • Help with market analysis and research.
  • Help organize exhibition in conferences and present company's the value and service.
  • Collaborates with internal/external clients to meet business needs

Basic Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or graduate program in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, biology, or related fields. Business and management training is a plus.
  • Good verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Solid time management, planning and organizational skills
  • Solid critical thinking skills to support quality decision making
  • Firm analytical skills and/or knowledge

Key Responsibilities

  • Program coordination and relationship building with important customers.
  • Work directly with customers to facilitate communication and maintain long-term strategic relationships.
  • Work closely within multi-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and generate quotes to customers.
  • Act as a mentor to support the company and provide direction and guidance on an as-needed basis.

Basic Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, biology, or related fields.
  • Strong organization skills: ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Skillful in writing, editing, and reviewing business documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • To directly communicate with customers to handle their inquiries and orders.
  • To clearly communicate the project requirements to other departments.
  • To prepare project document.
  • To manage projects to ensure they are within timeline and budget.

Basic Qualifications

  • Masters degree or above in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, biology, or related fields.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Skillful in writing, editing, and reviewing business documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects in a team setting, including working closely with sponsors.
  • Work closely with the R&D team on assessing opportunities and developing new projects.
  • Present to Senior Executives regularly with results of the development process.
  • Write proposals and other technical documents.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or above.
  • 5+ years BD or Marketing experience in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, biology, or related fields.
  • Solid communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
  • Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receives incoming stock efficiently to effectively fulfill orders.
  • Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
  • Participates in taking warehouse inventory counts according to guidelines.
  • Performs general cleaning duties to achieve warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
  • Performs all assigned tasks, accurately, efficiently, and within company policy and procedures.
  • Notifies management regarding product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skill of performing basic arithmetic equations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Gives attention to detail and follows instructions.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently move merchandise from warehouse stock and prepare products for store deliveries.
  • Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry and walk throughout the warehouse.
