Job Title: Construction Project Manager 

Location: Easton MA
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent 
Compensation: $100K-$150K 

About the Role

An established and rapidly growing metal fabrication company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join its team.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires strong problem-solving skills, proactive project management, and clear communication to build and maintain client relationships. This position reports directly to senior leadership within project and shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and manage contract drawings and project specifications
• Produce and review erection and fabrication drawings for miscellaneous and architectural metal work
• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion
• Maintain clear communication with clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders
• Visit construction sites to perform field measurements and site surveys
• Coordinate with fabrication and installation teams throughout project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction project management and/or detailing within metal fabrication
• Strong ability to read and interpret contract drawings and specifications
• Experience with miscellaneous and architectural metals preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience creating job-specific schedules is a plus
