Position Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for assigned project work (could be singular or multiple projects) and all activities associated with the assigned project(s). This will include the coordination of work schedules and staffing, contractors or subcontractors, timeline management, procuring materials and equipment, and project budgets. The Project Manager may serve as primary point of contact for customers and will be involved in all things related to project(s) from project quoting to onsite management, through the final close out of the project.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
This is very physical, hands-on work. A Project Manager must be able to perform General Physical Activities - activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping/crouching, and lifting or moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Must have the ability to work off the ground at varying heights and not be affected by moving machinery or parts. Willing and able to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment and/or outdoors in all types of weather, and over uneven ground or terrain.
