Title: Project Manager (UKG Pro WFM Implementation)Contract: 12 months initially (potential extension)Location: Fully RemotePreferred Time Zone: U.S. Eastern TimeNote:- Bilingual Spanish is mandatoryJob Summary:We are seeking a seasoned, 100% remote Senior Project Manager to spearhead the deployment and alignment of our global time-tracking ecosystems. In this specialized role, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Dimensions) across two  multi-site Latin American operations. The ideal candidate possesses deep domain expertise managing complex workforce deployments within Mexico and Costa Rica, specifically tailored to the unique regulatory and operational friction points of Free Trade Zone (FTZ) manufacturing environments. You will align system architecture with regional labor codes, local payroll integrations, and round-the-clock factory shift logistics

Key Responsibilities:

LATAM System Implementation: Own the comprehensive software implementation lifecycle for UKG Pro Workforce Management solution, for manufacturing sites in Mexico and Costa Rica.
Free Trade Zone Compliance: Align system logic with the specialized corporate tax, auditing, and time-tracking constraints unique to Free Trade Zones (e.g., Regimen de Zona Franca in Costa Rica.
Labor Code Configuration: Partner with local payroll and HR partners to configure system rules satisfying regional compliance, including Mexico’s LFT (Ley Federal del Trabajo) regulations (overtime caps, holiday shifts, prime premiums) and Costa Rica's strict labor laws.
Cross-Border Integrations: Lead technical workstreams to integrate UKG data outputs smoothly with global payroll systems, localized ERPs, and regional banking interfaces.
Industrial Operations Scheduling: Map intricate plant requirements like 24/7 continuous shift operations, rotating line schedules, skill-based line placement, and localized meal breaks into the platform.
Hardware Provisioning: Direct the remote configuration and deployment of physical biometric data collection terminals and mobile geo-fenced applications across secure facility checkpoints.
Testing & Parallel Runs: Design comprehensive multi-currency user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts and lead complex, multi-week parallel payroll testing to ensure zero defect migration from legacy setups.

Required Qualifications
Location: 100% Remote (Must align with Americas time zones and possess an established remote home office infrastructure).
Platform Mastery: Documented success leading at least one complete lifecycle implementation or migration of UKG Pro Workforce Management.
Industry Focus: Proven background managing projects inside high-volume, multi-shift manufacturing, assembly, or industrial logistics facilities.
Geographic Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience deploying business software platforms into corporate entities located in Mexico and Costa Rica.
Language Proficiency: Professional working fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred to effectively collaborate with regional project leads and plant floor stakeholders.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience
Experience: 6+ years of IT Project Management experience specifically driving enterprise-scale Workforce Management (WFM) or HRIS platform rollouts.
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Scrum Master (CSM) credentials.

Ideal Candidate: Senior UKG Pro Workforce Management Project Manager/Implementation Lead with extensive hands-on configuration and Time & Attendance experience, multiple full lifecycle implementations, strong Mexico/Costa Rica and multi-country experience, English/Spanish bilingual capability, strong PM skills, and the ability to execute a complex implementation rapidly with minimal training.
