Responsibilities

• Own projects from preconstruction through closeout: scope, schedule, budget, and quality

• Lead subcontractor buyout, contracts, change orders, and monthly billing

• Serve as the primary client and owner point of contact

• Partner with superintendents to keep jobs safe, on time, and profitable

• Track cost reports and forecast margin accurately

Requirements

• 3+ years managing commercial construction projects

• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience

• Strong command of schedules, budgets, and contracts

• Proficiency with Procore (or similar), MS Project, and Excel

• Excellent communication and client-relationship skills
