Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project planning, staffing, procurement, subcontractor buyout, and field coordination.
- Develop and maintain project schedules with Superintendents and scheduling support.
- Oversee budgets, cost forecasts, margin reviews, change orders, invoicing, and payment requests.
- Manage contract requirements, scope changes, claims, and dispute resolution.
- Lead and mentor Superintendents and Project Engineers.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor safety and quality performance, conduct monthly safety inspections, and direct project closeout.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least five years of construction supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, estimating, scheduling, and cost control.
- Previous experience directing craft labor as a Foreman or Superintendent.
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and construction management, estimating, and scheduling software.
