Project Manager / Superintendent - Special Projects

Our client, a commercial contractor in Northeast Ohio, is hiring a Project Manager / Superintendent for its Special Projects division. You'll run 4-5 projects at a time ranging from $25K to $250K, handling estimating, buyout, project management, billing and closeout. No travel - candidates must live in or within 30 minutes of Akron. Requirements: experience managing small commercial projects; strong blueprint reading and attention to detail; custom home builder backgrounds considered. Compensation up to $120K plus profit sharing.
