Job Responsibilities

• Manage staffing requests and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely identification, screening, recommendation, interview coordination, placement, and follow-up for temporary staffing assignments.
• Maintain a consistent primary point of contact for the NCTD account, ensuring high responsiveness and service quality.
• Oversee pre-employment checks and support timekeeping, payroll, invoicing, usage reporting, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate candidate submissions with current resumes and skills assessments.
• Support urgent staffing needs, including same-day, next-day, weekend, or holiday requests.

Requirements

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience working with an employment staffing firm on projects of similar scope and size.
• Ability to provide at least three (3) examples of successful similar assignments.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Full-time availability, including support for NCTD's staffing request cycle.

Preferences

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in staffing, human resources, recruiting, workforce management, project management, or employment compliance.
• Experience in public sector and/or transit staffing.
