Project Manager - Top Commercial General Contractor - Raleigh
Project Manager - Top Commercial General Contractor - Raleigh will be responsible for:
- Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with partners, owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate project planning, procurement, scheduling, and construction activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project performance and proactively identify, communicate, and resolve challenges.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners while representing the company professionally.
- Partner with senior leadership and project executives to achieve project goals and client expectations.
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment that values accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Report to the Raleigh office while supporting projects throughout the region as needed.
- Participate in future commercial, education, healthcare, and light-industrial projects as the company continues to expand.
Project Manager - Top Commercial General Contractor - Raleigh should have:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of construction-related project management experience with a general contractor.
- A proven track record of running commercial projects, $25M+.
- A broad range of experience with standard construction concepts, practices and procedures.
- Ability to effectively make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
- Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
- Exhibit commitment to quality by evaluating project-related processes. Make necessary changes, use customer input to make improvements, and meet/exceed internal and external customer expectations.
- Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees, while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is required.
- Previous experience with On-Screen Takeoff, Sage CRE 300 (Timberline Project Management), Procore and Bluebeam or similar software preferred.
Project Manager - Top Commercial General Contractor - Raleigh will receive:
- Highly competitive compensation package - $110K to $150K+ base salary - Above market average base salary including quarterly bonus
- Discretionary Bonus: Typically 10% based on company and project performance

- 3 weeks PTO
