Description

• Manage municipal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships
• Lead project teams to ensure successful execution of quality, safety, and financial objectives
• Collaborate with preconstruction, field operations, and executive leadership throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in procurement, contract negotiations, change order management, and risk mitigation
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, design teams, and trade partners
• Support mentorship and development of assistant project managers and project engineers
• Drive proactive communication and problem-solving throughout all project phases

Profile

• Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects
• Municipal, civic, K-12, higher education, public sector, or community project experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage project financials, schedules, and subcontractor relationships
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Stable employment history demonstrating strong tenure and career progression
• Background with a reputable commercial general contractor preferred
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining project quality and safety standards
