Description

Commercial Construction Project ManagerLead all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved. Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet critical milestones. Manage project budgets, contracts, change orders, and cost forecasting to maximize financial performance. Oversee subcontractor procurement, performance, and compliance with contract requirements and project specifications. Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards through regular site inspections and risk management. Serve as the primary liaison with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders, providing clear project updates and resolving issues proactively. Review construction documents, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings to ensure accurate execution and timely project delivery. Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, final inspections, turnover documentation, and warranty coordination.The successful applicant will have 2+ years of lead project management experience, a track record of leading builds in the commercial, multifamily, healthcare, or industrial markets, and experience on projects valued at $5M+. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for high-quality construction are also required.What's on offer includes a base salary of $110,000 to $135,000 dependent on qualifications, a strong annual bonus based on company and personal performance, 401(k) with company match, comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans, and 3-4 weeks PTO (negotiable) + holidays.
