Job TitleLead Commercial Construction Project ManagerJob DescriptionLead all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved. Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet critical milestones. Manage project budgets, contracts, change orders, and cost forecasting to maximize financial performance. Oversee subcontractor procurement, performance, and compliance with contract requirements and project specifications. Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards through regular site inspections and risk management. Serve as the primary liaison with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders, providing clear project updates and resolving issues proactively. Review construction documents, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings to ensure accurate execution and timely project delivery.
